How does credit-based pricing work?

One credit = one complete signing process, regardless of how many signers. No expiration date of your credits! No hidden fees.

Which file formats are supported?

We currently support PDF files for all signature processes.

Can I create my own document templates?

Yes. You can upload PDF templates and configure signature fields, text fields, and other form fields, which can then be reused for recurring signature workflows.

What happens to my data if I cancel my account?

You can export your data at any time. In accordance with legal retention requirements, we retain signature audit logs and signed documents for the legally mandated period, while all other personal data is deleted.
